1. The request shall include:
   1. a. your name, address, and email address;
   2. documents that certify your ownership, or capacity as legal representative of the owner, of the Personal Data concerning the request
   3. a clear, precise description of the Personal Data in connection with which you want to exercise your access, amendment/update, deletion, restriction, and/or objection rights; and
   4. any other documents whereby the aforementioned Personal Data can be located easily
2. The request shall be emailed to the Controller at contact@nuxiba.com.
3. The Controller shall provide an answer within 20 business days following the date on which the request is received.
4. Changes to the Personal Data derived from the exercise of the aforesaid rights shall come into effect within 15 business days following the date on which the Controller’s answer is notified to you
